The most asked question I never answer
“How many clients do you actually have?”
It's the most-asked question I never answer.
Every one of these numbers is redacted on purpose. The only figure that matters is what happens to you.
Every time someone first encounters my Digital Concierge program, it comes up sooner or later.
“How many clients do you actually have?”
A fair question. I get it.
But I usually don't answer it. Not because I have something to hide. Because the answer says absolutely nothing about the only thing that matters:
Can I help you get what you want?
That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.
The numbers-obsession I deliberately opt out of
We live in an age where everyone throws around big numbers. “500 members!” “10,000 downloads!” “1,247 success stories!”
Impressive on a slide. Worthless in practice.
I've made a different choice. I work small on purpose.
Not because I want to stay small — let's be clear about that. But because I know, from more than 30 years of experience with real ups and downs, that results don't come from scale. They come from attention. Involvement. Commitment to one person at a time — you.
Big numbers and personal attention don't mix. I choose attention. Every single time.
Four kinds of people, one approach: your situation first
Within the Digital Concierge ecosystem, I work with several different groups:
People who want to build a serious extra income stream alongside their job
Career changers, building the next chapter as a Digital Concierge step by step
Companies that want to strengthen their teams digitally
The next generation preparing to step into a family business or start their own
Four very different starting points. Four different questions. Four different obstacles.
And that's exactly why I don't play the numbers game. You can't give a thousand people personalized attention at once. That's not modesty — that's just math.
Why your story matters more to me than my statistics
The moment someone asks how many participants I have, the conversation automatically shifts to me. My business. My numbers. My track record.
Honestly? At that moment, that interests me far less than this:
Where are you now? Where do you want to go? And what do you need to get there?
Once we start working together, you'll naturally meet other participants — people with similar ambitions, similar struggles, similar breakthroughs. A nice bonus.
But the first conversation isn't about them. It's about you.
No crown for the biggest numbers. But for lasting results, absolutely.
I'll probably never be the one boasting about the longest member list. That was never the goal.
My goal is simple — and ruthlessly concrete: that people, looking back a year from now, will say:
“This genuinely helped me move forward.”
If you can say that a year from now, the numbers stop mattering. Statistics fade. Results last.
