Working With Tom Koster

Read this before we ever get on a call. It'll save us both a lot of time — and tell you everything you need to know about whether this is for you.

This isn't a sales page. I'm not going to dress anything up, and I'm not going to talk you into anything.

This is a filter.

By the time you hit the bottom of this page, one of two things will have happened. Either something in your chest goes "finally — this is exactly what I've been looking for"… or you feel yourself pulling back, thinking "this guy sounds intense."

Both reactions are useful. Both are welcome. Neither is wrong.

Because working with me isn't casual. It's not a vibe. It works — but only for people willing to do one thing: take responsibility. If that word makes you flinch a little, good. Keep reading. It gets clearer from here.

What Working With Me Actually Is

When you work with me, you get:

Direct access to me. Not a chatbot. Not a course portal. Not a "success coach." Me.

A clear direction when everything around you feels foggy.

Honest feedback — the kind your friends are too polite to give you.

Confronting insight that will occasionally make you uncomfortable. Good. That's the point.

Relentless focus on the only three things that move the needle: revenue, positioning, and your own behavior.

Simplicity, while everyone else in your inbox is selling you complexity.

What I help you do:

  • Make decisions instead of circling them for weeks
  • Cut the noise
  • See — fast — what's working and what's quietly killing your momentum
  • Stop hiding inside "preparation"

I'm not your cheerleader. Cheerleaders stand on the sideline and clap. I'm in the game with you, pointing at the goal.

What Working With Me Is Not

Let me be blunt, because blunt saves us both a lot of grief.

This Is Not

  • A passive learning program
  • A content subscription you binge and forget
  • An inspiration feed
  • A safe little bubble
  • A place to consume and feel productive

So if what you're really after is:

  • Motivation without action…
  • Knowledge without execution…
  • Reassurance without ever being challenged…

…then I'm the wrong guy. No hard feelings — truly. Plenty of people sell exactly that, and they're easy to find. I'm not one of them.

Direct Contact — And What It's For

My clients want direct access to me. Good. They should. It's one of the most valuable things I offer, and I don't hand it out lightly.

But let's be crystal clear about what that access is for.

It Is Not For

  • Entertainment
  • A casual chat to fill the day
  • A substitute for doing the work

It Is For

  • Direction
  • Course correction
  • Accountability
  • Cutting through a real obstacle that's genuinely in your way

What it's not for: explaining, in detail, why the thing didn't get done. I've heard every version of that story. So have you.

My Role — And Exactly Where It Ends

What I Do

  • I tell you what works
  • I give you the order to do it in
  • I point at the patterns you can't see — because you're standing inside them
  • I call out delay and excuses the moment they show up
  • I get you to results faster than you'd ever get there alone

What I Don't Do

  • I don't do the work for you
  • I don't talk you into your own life
  • I don't carry you
  • I don't protect you from discomfort. Discomfort is where the growth lives.

Together, we map the route. You walk it.

What I Expect From You (Non-Negotiable)

Three things. Miss any one of them and this falls apart — so I'd rather be dead clear now than quietly disappointed later.

1

You do what we agree on. Not everything at once. Not the whole mountain in a day. But the thing we decided — that, you do.

2

You're honest. Completely. About what you did and didn't do. About what scares you. About where you're stuck. I can't help a version of you that's performing for me.

3

You accept accountability. I'll address your behavior. I'll hold up the mirror. I won't let you slide behind a good-sounding excuse. That takes maturity — and frankly, that's exactly the kind of person I do my best work with.

Those three aren't suggestions. They're the foundation. No foundation, no building.

About The Information I Share

I give you a lot. Email. Our community. Strategy, frameworks, direction.

Some of it is intentionally repetitive — because repetition is how things stick, not how they bore you.

But understand what all of it actually is: a direction, not a destination.

Here's the trap, and I'll name it plainly so you can spot it in yourself: if you keep consuming and never apply, the problem was never the information. The problem is execution. And when that's the case, more content isn't the cure. It's the avoidance.

Results Come From Behavior — Not Knowledge

You Do Not Need To

  • Understand everything
  • Know everything
  • Do everything perfectly

You Do Need To

  • Make decisions
  • Take action
  • Have the conversations you've been avoiding
  • Be visible

That's it. That's where every result you want is hiding. Not in one more framework. In what you actually do tomorrow morning.

The Simple Truth

Everything I teach works — for the people who do the work.

I love working with people who take responsibility, who are coachable, who want to grow even when it stings a little.

I don't work well with people who are quietly hoping things will change on their own. They won't. And somewhere inside, you already know that.

About The Price — Yes, It's High. On Purpose.

Let's not dance around it: I'm not cheap. And that is a deliberate decision, not an accident.

Here's why.

The price is part of the filter. Low prices attract people who want to dabble — who'll sign up, consume a little, do nothing, and quietly drift away. A serious price attracts serious people. People who've decided. People who show up and do the work, precisely because they've put real money on the table.

People don't value what's cheap. You don't fight for the thing that cost you nothing. You fight for the thing you've committed to. The price isn't a barrier I put in your way — it's the thing that makes you take this, and yourself, seriously.

It also means I work with fewer people, more deeply. My attention isn't spread thin across a crowd. When you're in, you're in, and you get me — not a fraction of me.

So if your first instinct is to look for a discount, a cheaper option, or a way to "test it out small" — that's useful information too. It usually means you're not quite ready to commit. And that's fine. But it tells us both something.

If, on the other hand, the price feels like exactly what it should cost to get this kind of result, this kind of access, this kind of honesty — then you already understand what we're doing here.

A Straight Invitation

If you read this and something in you said "this is exactly what I need" — then let's go. I'd be glad to work with you intensively and get you moving, fast.

If instead you felt resistance — "this sounds strict" — that's not a problem either. That's information. It just means we set a different pace, work less intensively, and that's completely fine.

There genuinely is no wrong answer here. The only wrong move is pretending you didn't feel one.

So — which was it?

If it was "this is what I need" — or even "I want to know more before I decide" — then take the next step right now, while you still feel it. Tell me where you're stuck. I'll personally read it, and we'll find out together whether working with me is the right move for you.

Tell Me Where You're Stuck →

Don't sit on this. The people who get results are the ones who act while the decision is still warm.
